Prior to its purchase in 2004, this 1860 Victorian estate's grandeur had been obscured by age and a series of additions and other alterations. Collaborating closely with the home's new owners and their general contractor, Rasmussen/Su restored the detail and scale that lent the original structure its distinctiveness. New spaces and ammenities were carefully crafted and introduced in a manner that respected the original fabric of the home.
