To recapture the grandeur of this historical 19th-century town home, Rasmussen/Su developed a comprehensive design strategy with the owner that created generous new spaces for entertainment and relaxation, incorporated modern amenities, and reintroduced classic detail and scale to the interiors. Renovations encompassed the entire 6,500 SF structure and included the addition of a garage, an elevator, and two outdoor terraces.
